It depends on the role, your experience and the clinic location. Client-facing roles often include incentives on top of the fixed salary. The Swaasa team shares the full pay and benefits details for your role before your interview, so you can decide with all the facts.

Most askedWill my role involve sales targets?

Many clinic roles, including doctors, counsellors and branch managers, help clients choose the right treatment plan, and some are linked to targets and incentives. Head-office roles in marketing and tech are not. Ask about targets for your specific role on your screening call, and we'll give you a clear answer.

Most askedHow can I grow at VCare?

VCare has roles at every level, from freshers and therapists to branch managers and regional sales managers, across 82+ clinics. Ask your interviewer what the growth path looks like for your role, and what it takes to move up.

Can freshers apply?

Yes, for some roles. OT Assistant roles are open to freshers with a B.Sc in Nursing. Most other clinic roles ask for at least a year of experience.

Do I need a trichology certificate?

No. VCare's roles ask for degrees like BDS, BAMS, BHMS or B.Sc Nursing, and many roles accept any degree. A trichology certificate isn't listed as a requirement.
