About the organisation

Heritage Eldercare Services is a Hyderabad-based organisation that has been synonymous with elderly care for over 30 years. Its assisted living brand, Kshetra, launched in 2013, cares for seniors who need help with daily life, nursing supervision and health support.

Kshetra offers assisted living, Alzheimer's and dementia care, dementia day care, respite care and homecare, with round-the-clock care from trained staff and caregivers. It runs facilities in Hyderabad and, since 2024, Chennai.

Its mission is to deliver compassionate, personalised care to the elderly while preserving their dignity and independence, and to provide a positive working environment for all staff.

Built on three decades of elder care

In 1994, Dr. K.R. Gangadharan established India's first geriatric healthcare facility, in Hyderabad.

Heritage Home Health Care followed in 1996, and the first Kshetra Assisted Living facility opened in 2013. Today, Kshetra cares for seniors in Hyderabad and Chennai.

Not for every role. Bed Side Assistants are non-medical caregivers who help with daily living, while nursing and allied health roles need a qualification in their field.

Will I work at a facility or in people's homes?

Both are possible. Kshetra runs assisted living facilities in Hyderabad and Chennai, and its homecare team cares for seniors in their own homes across Hyderabad.
